Every Project Is Different
No two family history projects are the same. Some clients already know the exact village their ancestors came from, while others have only a surname or a family story passed down through generations. The scope of archive research, the availability of historical records and the complexity of the research can therefore vary significantly.
The same applies to heritage tours and private travel experiences. Every itinerary is tailored to your interests, available time and travel plans, whether you’re visiting a single ancestral village or exploring several regions across the Czech Republic.
For this reason, I prepare an individual proposal for every project. This ensures you receive a service that matches your specific goals—without paying for research or travel arrangements you don’t actually need.

Every project is different. The amount of research, the availability of historical records, the number of locations involved and the complexity of the work can vary significantly. To ensure you receive the most suitable service, I prepare an individual quotation based on your specific requirements.
Yes. Most projects require a 30% deposit to confirm the booking or begin the research. The remaining balance is payable before the tour or upon completion of the agreed research, depending on the type of service.
The easiest and preferred payment method is via a secure payment link, which supports Apple Pay, Google Pay and major credit or debit cards. Bank transfer is also available upon request.
Payments are primarily accepted in Czech Koruna (CZK), Euro (EUR) and US Dollars (USD). The available currency depends on the type of service and payment method.
