1. Services
Czexpat provides:
- Czech genealogy research services
- Private heritage tours and travel experiences
- Private Prague cultural experiences
All services are provided on a private, tailored basis.
2. Booking & Payment
All services are confirmed individually. Pricing is agreed in advance based on the scope of work or travel requirements.
Payment terms will be communicated before confirmation.
3. Genealogy Research
Genealogy research depends on the availability and condition of historical records.
Czexpat does not guarantee specific results, as archival materials may be incomplete, missing, or inaccessible.
4. Heritage Tours & Private Experiences
All tours are private and customized.
The itinerary may be adjusted due to:
- weather conditions
- opening hours of sites
- local circumstances beyond our control
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- providing accurate information
- arriving on time for scheduled services
- ensuring they have valid travel documents
6. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be communicated at the time of booking.
In general:
- cancellations close to the scheduled date may incur fees
- custom research work already performed is non-refundable
7. Liability
Czexpat is not liable for:
- circumstances beyond reasonable control
- third-party services (transport, restaurants, etc.)
- indirect or consequential losses
8. Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
